Ok, this smells nothing like cool water but it still is an amazing fragrance in its own right. 3 notes of Mandarin, Coconut and Amber all blended very well. This isn't a typical blue scent but is a welcomed powerhouse to my collection. All season all occasions except formal setting as the sweetness is very playful. Price and performance are excellent. 10/10
